National Apprenticeship Week 2023

National Apprenticeship Week - 6th-12th February 2023 - #NAW23

With National Apprenticeship Week fast approaching, CareinLincs would love to hear about and share your Apprenticeship success stories.

National Apprenticeship Week brings together businesses and apprentices across the country to shine a light on the positive impact that Apprenticeships make to individuals, organisations and the wider economy.

The theme for National Apprenticeship Week 2023 is Skills for Life; reflecting on how apprenticeships can help people to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career, and organisations to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with future-ready skills.

At CareinLincs we would love to be able to showcase any good news stories you may have regarding current or recent apprentices within your organisation.

  • You may have an amazing apprentice who you would like to shine a light on – or they may wish to share their own current experiences eg a typical day in the life of an apprentice.
  • If any members of your team started their care career as an apprentice and are now progressing through their career path, they may wish to talk about how they have grown/developed through their Apprenticeship and beyond.
  • You may wish to talk about why apprenticeships have been valuable to your organisation, the benefits/how they have helped future proof the organisation.
  • You may even wish to put together a short video clip of your apprentice and their colleagues talking about how Apprenticeships have developed their career.

Please send any good news stories, photos or videos that you would like to share to support National Apprenticeship Week - #NAW2023 - to careinlincs@linca.org.uk
