This year's theme for National Apprenticeship Week is 'build the future' – celebrating apprenticeships and highlighting the positive impact they can have not only on an individual, but the local community and organisations within it. An apprenticeship is a good way for the care sector to develop a strong workforce and for individuals to make the first step in to a rewarding career.
This #NAW2022 marks the 15th year of National Apprenticeship Week. Through out the week there are various in-person and virtual events taking place for both employers and those looking to start a career in adult social care.
CareinLincs will be hosting a stand at Lincoln College’s Student Future Event on Tuesday 8th February 2022, 9.30am to 2.30pm
We will be joined by five different providers from across the county to discuss with students the benefits and rewards they will experience working in the care sector. If you are a student at the College, please pop by our stand to see how we can help you with an apprenticeship placement, or to talk to one of our colleagues about the various roles available in adult social care and the opportunities they may have available for you.
