Made with Care - National Recruitment Campaign

Made with Care

National recruitment campaign

The latest National recruitment campaign was launched at the beginning of November to encourage people into a career in adult social care. The Department of Health and Social Care launched the latest phase of the national adult social care recruitment campaign, ‘Made with Care’, which will run continuously until March 2022.

The campaign will demonstrate the amazing work that care workers do, celebrating the way they empower the people they care for, and shining a light on the emotional reward of the role. Along with breaking down perceived barriers of what a career in adult social care may look like. It’s designed to support care providers in recruiting the dedicated staff they need to join their workforce by inspiring people with the right values to consider a career in social care – putting an emphasis on values and personal qualities over qualifications, and the availability of flexible working and training opportunities.

Post Jobs to the DWP
