Skills for Care launches Spotlight on Building and Growing Teams

Recruitment continues to be a big challenge within the sector with vacancy rates rising. Throughout July and August, Skills for Care will be continuing to shine the spotlight on building and growing your teams. They will be sharing resources, information, and inspiration to help you to plan who you need in your organisation, different ways to find and attract the right people to join your team, highlighting the reasons behind the importance of induction and how to develop the staff you currently have.
