We are currently looking for a Team Leader based at our Holbeach office.

As a Team Leader you will lead a team of carers and service users in your region of Lincolnshire.

Responsibilities

  • You will need to be a confident communicator to support your team whilst ensuring quality support is delivered to our Service Users.
  • Ideally you will have worked in care previously, be a good administrator, and have some experience of supervising staff. However, for the right candidate, training can be provided.
  • You will be required to visit service users at home or in the community in your region to carry out reviews, complete referrals, and to ensure we are delivering high quality care.
  • On call duties required, shared between a large team. Approximately one evening a week and one weekend every six weeks.

  • This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You must have the ability to multitask and be able to work under pressure.
  • Initial training may be undertaken at the Horley/Knaphill offices and occasional travel to these offices will be a requirement of the role.
  • Salary offered will be in line with qualifications and experience
