Brantley Manor is a home from home and our Residents have fun, laughter and enjoyment each and every day, you can find out what we get up to on our Facebook and Instagram that we update at least once a day if not more.

Brantley Manor is a 33 bedded home, we have a mix of Male and Female residents and various stages of Dementia.

All our care planning is electronic as are our daily notes.

We are looking for Two Team Leaders to join our Team, they are both part time hours 24 hours and 30 hours post available, but there is always opportunity to pick up extra shifts, it can be Care, Housekeeping or in the Kitchen, we work as a Team and help out in all departments.

The hours we work on the Team Leader side are 8-2 and 2-8 these are varied throughout the week and there are some weekend hours to cover as well as paid on call duties.

We offer full training, inductions to suit each person individually as not only do we treat residents with Person Centered Care all our staff have Person Centered Approach to training and induction needs.

We provide a uniform and DBS to the successful candidate.
