No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided but having a caring, compassionate and dedicated approach is essential

In order to support our Service Users in their homes we need our Home Care Support Workers to provide the following,

· Personal care whilst maintaining their dignity and respect

· To safely administer their medication

· To assist with their manual handling needs and using equipment where required

· Promoting their health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full

· Flexibly work a range of shift patterns to meet the service users needs including alternate weekends

We recognise that being a Home Care Support Worker is one of the toughest but most rewarding roles, so in order to support you, we provide all the training, support and qualifications you’ll need for the role through our in-house training.

We have positions for Drivers to work flexible shifts throughout the day & evening in and around the below areas in Donington & Gosberton

We are looking for Home Care Assistants to work a variety of the below shift patterns

07:00 - 15:00 or 15:00 - 22:00

We do however remain flexible for school hours
